Guo Xiaorong obtained a BA in advertising, as well as a Masters degree in Psychology, from East China Normal University in Shanghai.

During her postgraduate psychology research, Xiaorong studied not only general consumer psychology but became also engaged in leading-edge neuroscientific psychological areas including Implicit Association Testing (IAT) and Memory Distortion Technique (MDT).

On the professional side, Guo Xiaorong spent several years in account management in the advertising industry.

Xiaorong is a Senior Research Executive of the TMRC Mind Research Team, where she has also been professionally trained in a range of subconscious consumer motivation techniques, and with strong ZMET® interviewing and strategic analysis experiences, she has taken on an overall leading role within the overall Mind Research Division.
