Senior Insights & Realization Executive

With a BA degree in Marketing and Advertising, Jason has developed a strong passion for communication, and how effective communication can influence the mind and behavior. In 2006, Jason joined TMRC where he started to enrich and sharpen his skills and understanding of how to dive deep into the consumer's mind. He developed a solid command of how to translate insights-and drive consumer behaviors with deep psychological experience elements-into more effective and resonating brand / product positioning and communication / advertising strategy. A 1 year stint in account management in a 4A agency allowed Jason to further refine the application value of ZMET to marketing strategy and creative work.

At TMRC, Jason contributes to numerous communication and positioning projects, across the markets of China, Thailand and India, and is deeply involved in the direct application of consumer insights to marketing and communication strategy.

Jason is an avid Chinese Chess player and is proud to be a senior member of the Chinese Chess Amateur Association.
