Sanmitra comes from a multidiciplinary educational background. With a diploma in Pharmacy as basic education, she graduated in Commercial Arts and Broadcast Journalism, upon which she enrolled in the Strategic Design Management Program in the National Institute of Design in India.

Given her many years of experience in the field of graphics and animation, Sanmitra has nurtured a “design thinker” within her – and a corresponding strong ability and intuition to approach perceptions from a different angle how to apply them into business related issues. Sanmitra joined the TMRC team in India to approach the human mind and consumer perceptions by using the patented methodology of ZMET®- which focuses strongly on visualized and metaphoric thought processes at a subconscious level, and which represents ideal platform for blending design and cognitive-psychological motivations into our clients business contexts.

Sanmitra loves to interact with people, and she is also an accomplished painter.
